Thanks for sharing - valuable information in teaching kids how to do searches on the internet. Kids usually click on the first item on the google list without thinking. We already know that the advertizing that finances the free internet service is personalized , now the information we receive. We need to be more specific with our searches. WE are in control , the information we receive depends on our use of the web , not somebody else's agenda. It just means that educators need to help kids ask good questions while making internet searches - as the saying goes - a good question is half the answer.
