Children of worth regardless of academic ability

You know we've lost the plot when teaches see students less as individual children of worth regardless of academic ability but more as score increasers and score suppressors.

When teachers know more about raising a child's test score than about raising the child, we fail children more than they could ever fail us.

Every time we see a student not as a child but as a score, we bastardize the entire education system and mortgage our children's future.
